The data controller is tabspace, based in Athens, Greece. For any matter regarding your personal data, contact us at hello@tabspace.gr.

We collect data only when you voluntarily contact us through our form: name, email, company (optional), and your message. We also collect anonymous analytics data via Google Analytics 4 — only if you consent through the cookie banner.

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the contact form and analytics, and on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for technically necessary cookies.

Contact emails: up to 24 months. Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 default). You can request deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, port, and object. Email us to exercise any right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

We use: Google Analytics (analytics, with your consent), Hetzner (hosting, EU), Cloudflare (CDN, EU), and an SMTP provider for email delivery. All comply with GDPR.
